Do I have to build the ad?
No! Just send in your images, logos, artwork, copy, or anything you want in your ad and we will build it for you.
Can my ad be in color?
Any ad can have color- just select the color option when reserving your size.
My agency will build my ad. What is the size?
Full page is 8" x 10.125" without bleed or 8.5 x 11" plus 1/8" bleed (final size 8.75" x 11.25")
Half page is 5" x 8" wide
Quarter page is 3.88" x 5" tall. No bleeds allowed at this size.
All text must be 1/4" inside cut size.
Can I see a proof?
Sorry-- due to the sheer volume of this program and time constraints, individual ad proofs are not possible. Please be sure to include as much detail in your description as possible when completing the information!
Who do I pay?
We have two payment options: by credit card or by check made payable to BHS Cheer.
Credit card payments are accepted upon clicking the SUBMIT button on your form. You will be directed to a secure site to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged immediately. Online payments will incur a 3% convenience fee.
Payment by check will be accepted through July 20, 2020. NOTE: your ad will not be included in the program until payment has been received.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
1. Logos, artwork, information, or pictures for your ad can be emailed to cubsfootball@gmail.com or sent along with your payment. When reserving online, files can be uploaded upon completion of your reservation form.
2. AGENCIES: Camera-ready final art must be in Press Quality PDF files with crops and bleeds.
3. Images or pictures in JPEG, high-resolution format only. Images copied or downloaded from websites are not print ready resolutions and will not be used. The publisher is not responsible for quality of cell phone photos submitted for print.
4. Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, or Google Spreadsheet files are not accepted.
5. If you do a sample layout in Word, please understand we MUST have the individual JPEG files (NOT in Word) and the copy as separate files. These WILL be reset.
6. Ads will not be included in the program without full payment.
